Terms of Service

By accessing younandigital.co.uk, requesting a custom website preview, or purchasing a service plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis; clients warrant that they are contracting for commercial or trade purposes.

We offer prospective clients a complimentary working preview before any financial commitment:

• The demo website is built as an interactive concept demonstration.
• Requesting a preview incurs zero upfront obligation or charge.
• If you do not wish to proceed with launching the site, you owe nothing.
• Following delivery of a preview, clients have five (5) business days to provide consolidated reasonable revisions. Absence of feedback within this period or directing domain launch constitutes deemed acceptance.
• In-scope revisions include, without limitation: text and copy edits, swapping or resizing supplied images, correcting factual details (hours, pricing, contact info), colour and font adjustments within the chosen template, and reordering existing sections.
• Out-of-scope changes — treated as new work and quoted separately — include, without limitation: adding new pages or sections not in the original brief, restructuring the site's navigation or layout template, integrating new third-party tools or booking systems not originally agreed, and custom design work beyond the selected template's standard options. Where a requested change is ambiguous as to scope, Younan Digital's determination shall be final, subject to good-faith discussion.

Services are billed in accordance with the package selected prior to launch:

• Pay Monthly (£0 upfront, £69/month): Includes web design, fast cloud hosting, domain setup, SSL security, unlimited operational updates*, and routine content adjustments (up to 2 consolidated batches per billing month). The first monthly payment is due at checkout. This tier operates on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time with at least fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice via email, taking effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Managed Launch (£349 setup + £30/month): Includes bespoke build, launch, hosting, SSL security, unlimited operational updates*, and routine content adjustments (up to 2 consolidated batches per billing month). Total due at checkout is £379.00 (£349 setup + £30 Month 1 retainer). The £30/month retainer operates on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with at least fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice via email, taking effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
• One-Time Buyout (£999 one-off): Complete production source code authored specifically for the client is delivered within five (5) business days via downloadable archive (.zip) following receipt of cleared payment in full. No ongoing hosting, SSL renewals, maintenance, or retainers are provided by Younan Digital post-delivery.

Maintenance, Batches & Fair Use Policy

*Routine operational adjustments (updating existing product prices, modifying menu items, changing phone numbers/addresses, or adjusting trading hours) are unlimited under Fair Use across up to two (2) consolidated monthly batches. All update requests must be submitted exclusively through the Younan Digital Client Portal. Standard updates carry a 24–48 business hour turnaround (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Extensive design overhauls, structural restructures, or adding brand-new page templates outside the initial launch scope will be quoted separately. Each submitted batch is limited to one (1) round of revisions. Requests requiring multiple iterative rounds of back-and-forth refinement within a single batch — rather than a clear, final instruction — may be paused and rescheduled to the next billing cycle's batch, or treated as an additional batch subject to the standard supplemental fee.

Expedited or out-of-hours requests (under 24 hours, weekends, or UK bank holidays) are subject to scheduling availability and will incur an additional rush fee, which will be quoted and agreed upon prior to implementation.

Preview Concepts: Unpaid prototype websites, custom layouts, and code structures remain the intellectual property of Younan Digital.

Client Materials & Domains: You retain full ownership of all logos, trademarks, photographs, and copy that you provide to us. The Client remains the registered owner of its domain name at all times; nothing in these terms transfers domain ownership to Younan Digital.

Launched Sites & Buyouts: Under subscription plans, clients receive a hosted software license while the subscription is active. Under the One-Time Buyout plan, assignment of bespoke source code takes effect only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. This transfer excludes third-party libraries, fonts, open-source frameworks, stock assets, APIs, and Younan Digital's internal infrastructure, tooling, or reusable systems.

Websites and online services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Younan Digital does not guarantee specific organic search ranking positions, search traffic volumes, lead quantities, or uninterrupted network uptime.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Younan Digital excludes liability for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of business, or third-party cloud/API outages. Younan Digital's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or the one-off setup fee paid, whichever is greater.

Upon cancellation of a hosted subscription, hosting and SSL maintenance cease at the conclusion of the final paid billing cycle, and the website will be removed from public view. Younan Digital retains website staging files on secure backup for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days post-termination. Files may be retained longer at Younan Digital's discretion but are not guaranteed to be available beyond the 30-day period, after which they may be permanently erased at any time.

Where a client connects Google Calendar to Younan Digital Bookings, that connection is optional, can be removed by the client at any time, and is covered by section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
